Had no incoming calls for 2 months

So after joining up with VM, our phone line would not receive incoming calls. After 2 months of constantly calling. The issue was from VMs technical side. When it finally had worked we were told we could get credit back for the problem. Now it's been 2-3 weeks and we've not received any credit not any discounts to our package. 

Now today I receive my e-bill and it shows I've been charged £3.83 for calling VMs 0345 number in August 24th. 87mins on the line. I don't even understand this.

Sorry to hear that you've had issues with your account, I'm glad that we could get the issues resolved for you but sorry we haven't been able to get a credit raised on your account. 

 

I would like to take a further look into this and get some more information from you so that we can confirm what the team has promised you and what we are going to do to resolve this.
