So after joining up with VM, our phone line would not receive incoming calls. After 2 months of constantly calling. The issue was from VMs technical side. When it finally had worked we were told we could get credit back for the problem. Now it's been 2-3 weeks and we've not received any credit not any discounts to our package.
Now today I receive my e-bill and it shows I've been charged £3.83 for calling VMs 0345 number in August 24th. 87mins on the line. I don't even understand this.
