having just upgraded to gig1 fibre and the hub 4 my landline no longer works, it also says on the hub screen when i log into it " Telephony disabled" . i have done several reboots and still nit working. it worked fine on the old hub 3.
It a common glitch, when you speak to Customer Care they raise an IT ticket and its usually resolved withing 24hours
