Hello there - I'm an old person without a mobile phone and locked down - my Virgin Media line became faulty so that the bell didn't ring, which I reported - I substituted the phone and found it was the same. Today now I have no dialling tone so can't make nor receive calls. Obviously I can't ring Virgin to re-report the fault. I have left messages with people to try to contact Virgin on my behalf.
I have a more recent router that is not yet connected - I see that the phone can be connected via the router, but the instructions state that the phone must be connected via the new cable provided - unfortunately there isn't one in the new router box.
