Getting a technician

I need to book a technician and have phoned 150 but they require certain letters from memorable word to continue. I have been with Virgin since 2007 but do not appear to have a memorable word. How do I speak to someone to tell them this. I have emailed (not accepted) and even visited the O2/Virgin shop but they could not help. Anyone any ideas?
