My router is at the opposite part of my house to my phone point. I need a technician visit but can’t get a response when I ring as virgin is ‘too busy’. There seems no other way to make contact.

Thank you for making this post regarding your Hub and your phone being located in different parts of the house. Just to clarify: is this in relation to the 21CV switchover where you will plug your phone into the Hub? If so, I would be happy to arrange a technician visit for you to get this sorted.

Is this query in relation to VM's phone switchover to the hub? If so, VM should arrange a free technician visit for you to link the phone connection from the hub to your existing sockets. See
