This issue featured by another user back on the 9th April.
So the phone has a dial tone, You can ring out on it, then it disconnects.
Incoming calls it's one ring and then nothing.
This phone is a vital life line for my 90 year old mum.
The phone is connected via the plug in in the hall. I have reset the hub and still nothing.
Could really do with an engineer as a matter of priority
