I just came off the phone (on my landline) to give my 30 days notice to cancel my Virgin Media services with a disconnection date of 18 October 2023.
After coming off the phone my landline has stopped working. No dial-tone when trying to place a call, and when trying to call my landline from another phone it is just dead.
What has gone wrong !!?? Please help ASAP.

Hi backto... I found that the only way to have the problem checked properly was to stop the cancellation temporarily so that a tech visit could be arranged... I declined. Cancelling is difficult enough without having another go at it.
My VM is busted and will be until I leave.
