I am wondering how i report my tivo box and telephone line being damaged in a recent flood in Warrington.
I am paying a lot of money each month for a service and there doesnt appear to be a part of the virgin website that caters for this type of issue.
We are having to move out, so the service wont be needed for around 6 months either.
I just need some help to report it and get it sorted out
