Fixed line phone number incorrect in Virgin records

Having just had a visit from a Virgin engineer I discover that you have the wrong details of my landline number. It should read 01993 ******. Presently the code is shown as 01933. I cannot find a menu in the help section to correct this.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any confusion regarding your landline number.

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details, and so I can go through things with you I'll need to send a private message (purple envelope, top right hand corner)

I have discovered from the Virgin helpdesk that my number is correct in their records, but my number was incorrect on their engineer's records. There is therefore no problem. Many thanks for your reply, however.
