Hello VM,
Our switchover to fibrephone via the router is scheduled for sometime in the next two weeks and the router is miles from the phone socket. e.g. downstairs at the back while the router is upstairs at the front.
I called 150 last week however the line was really bad, I could barely understand the agent, I think she said someone was going to call back however there's been no contact since.
Can someone assist with this asap, it may be possible to use existing phone line infrastructure already installed, thankyou in advanc.
