Fibrephone switchover - check phone line

I have followed the instructions to switch, but have no call tone.  Phone say "check phone line".  I have a Hub 3 and note there is no green phone symbol lit.  I have powered off and on.  I have called Virgin twice - on both occasions when testing the line I was asked to hang up and call back after 10 mins to get results as tests were taking a long time.  Can you advise what to do next please.

They will have only tested the broadband. Go into the settings on the hub and see if the telephone is enabled, it needs an update for it to work and maybe your hub has not been sent one.

Have you had confirmation to confirm the switch over has completed?

Yes.  I was informed by text on Friday to plug the adaptor on on Saturday 30th Oct from 9am.  Actually, I have just noticed that the text said to switch "tomorrow, 30th October 2023" but today is the 30th.  

Okay, I will need to take a look into that for you.
