As long as you have received your adapter and don't need any further work required such as moving the hub or adding an extension etc, then as mentioned by Client62, you can just change the set up once you're home from your holiday.
If you need further work doing then you'll need to book a visit ready for a time you're home but please be aware that you'll not have a service after the switchover date for landline.
