will call charges be scrapped after the Fibre change over as internet calling is free and we are already paying for that service

Hi @sick-as, thanks for your post here in the Community.

Call charges will not be removed as part of our switchover to the fibre network - you still will be charged for any calls made outside of your allowance depending on what your tariff. 

To clarify, all UK providers are going to be changed over to the fibre network by the end of 2025 so this is something that is going to be impacting everybody in the long run, we're just a little ahead of the curve!
