I followed the installation guide, and confirmed that it was my switchover date (and that my old phone connection no longer works), but I cannot get a dial tone. Restarting the hub doesn't help. Advice?

Hi @sethbgraham thanks for your post, although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised regarding your landline.
That is strange - are you able to kindly reboot your Hub to see if that works for you once this comes back online?
