Hi I have had notification about the land line being switched over to fibre the land line is my mums home which is connected to telecare alarm. She does not have broadband, so wondering how this will work , I have broadband on my account but the hub is not near the phone line plus I guess we would need an engineer out anyway due to the telecare alarm thanks

A warm welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.
That's okay. To get your Mum's new phone services switched to our fibre network, we’ll provide her with a Hub at no extra cost.
You can read more about the switchover here 👉 LandLine Switchover
Let me know if you have any other questions.
