Fibre phone service

If we are getting phone connection through fibre broadband that we pay for already. We should not get charged for phone line rental which would bring our bills down

Port your telephone number to a proper VOIP provider to avoid paying legacy line rental fees.

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for your first posts. 

Also thank you for your query regarding 21CV.  The change from the copper system is being made by many internet service providers as seen here https://www.futureofvoice.co.uk/ Even though the connection for your landline is via the hub as seen here, the ability to be able to use the landline service is chargeable.
