Fibre phone line

Hi, I have just gone over to fibre phone I can phone out but nobody can ring in, any ideas

If you ring the landline from the mobile and then you pick up the landline does it answer?

 

Is it a really old phone?

We can ring out but nobody can ring in ,no it's not an old phone as virgin were able to ring me , and when I dialled my number from my mobile there was a taped message to say we are not recieving incoming calls at the moment
