Fibre phone cutover

I have received the letter about the phone fibre cutover in August and I understand the instructions. My question is will the adaptor work with my old Gigaset base and handsets. It is over 12 years old and works well with the existing phone-in.

The adaptor you receive should fit into that landline that you currently with no issues. However, if you do experience any problems at all, you can reach back out to us so we can look into this issue further for you and arrange a technician appointment if needed.
