All ports are already used so what can I do ?(might have to cancel land line phone)

Thank you for first post to our community forums and welcome to the team, it's great to have you here.
We are so sorry for any confusion caused, the new line will use the telephone ports not the Ethernet ports.
The adaptor will connect to the two ports near the top called TEL 1 and TEL 2

The phone plugs into the top TEL1 (RJ11) port at the back of your Hub. The new 21CV phone connections are seperate from your Broadband internet services, so it does not matter if all the RJ45 Ethernet sockets are already occupied..
