Fibre phone / broadband hub help

Greetings, VM Elves. Long time reader, first time contributor.

I received an E-mail a little while ago with regards to an upgrading of my broadband hub in order to be able to receive your new shiny fibre-based telephone service.

Would it be possible to arrange to do so via this medium please?

I think an engineer visit may be necessary as of the time of this post the telephone is downstairs and the broadband hub is upstairs and it would be nice to maintain the status quo.

I have tried (and failed) terribly via the VM website and via 150. (I currently have a temporary hearing issue so that does not help either) It feels like I'm going round and round in circles going from square 1 to... um... square 1.
