Fibre phone adaptor help

I’ve got an adaptor, the change over is 5 December.  I phoned and spoke to someone who said that they would pass on my request for a technician visit to recable because my phone and hub are too far apart.  I’m still waiting to hear back!  I also tried the online bot- that was a waste of time.
