My landline has not been working for and some time and I understand that I now need to connect my phone to my hub and that I need an an adapter for this. I have searched the website to try to find out how to get one, but I cannot find any information. How do I get one?

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your landline connection at the moment!
Sorry that you've not received an adaptor for our Home Phone Switchover yet! However, I'll be more than happy to look into this further for you and order an adaptor for you. However, before I do this, we'd need to investigate your landline issue. As if your landline is not working now, there's no guarantee that switching it over without troubleshooting will resolve the issue.
Can you please take a look at our Landline Faults page to see if this can help rectify your issue? Can you tell us if you have a dial tone on your landline at all? Can you make and receive calls?
