Virgin have switched my landline to the fibre network.
I have installed the adaptor successfully, get the green phone light on the Hub box. But my handset is not working - no signal, nothing. I have rebooted etc, no joy.
Any suggestions please?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline at the moment, I have looked into this on our system and updated your account, please check your landline in the next hour and if you're still having issues, we would need to arrange a technician visit to look into the line.
