I have connected the new Virgin media fibre landline connector to my HUB, I now cant receive any incoming calls although I can make calls.

Please can I just confirm that everything is plugged into sercurly and nothing is loose or broken?

Hi Matt.
Everything is connected as per Virgins instructions, as for a compatible phone it is the same phone that I've been using since Virgin installed landline.
Location of Hub is far away, so phone is now further away from original location so is there Wi-Fi adapters or possibilities avail..
