My phone line is due to be updated to fibre but i have extensions. On the info sheet it says i need to arrange for an engineer which i have been trying to do most of today to no avail. Tried 150 - online help and whatsap. How do i get an engineer appointment???

We're eager to get this looked into for you, what was the reason given for the need for an engineer? Was this due to the line extensions? We can see you spoke to the team just a week ago and an adapter was advised as being sent, have you received this?
