I have connected the new adaptor to the back of the hub and have a green phone light on. But I have no dialling tone on the phone. 
What do I need to do?

No the switchover date was 6th December.

Just to clarify on the setup, do you have a DECT powered handset?

Also is your phone station able to connect to the fibre line without the adaptor?

It’s a cordless phone but a very old one. And no I can’t connect the phone line directly to the hub as there aren’t any ports of that size

So is the phoneline not connected through the adaptor at all?

Secondly is that the only phoneline you have i.e. no extensions?

The phone line goes through the adaptor into the hub. And it’s the only phone line I have.
