At the end of Sept 22 and Oct 22 - I had this text message
Hi, it's Virgin Media again. Your phone service is changing on 11 January. We'll send you an adapter by post, that you need to connect your phone to your Hub.
I received the adapter in December it's plugged into my hub. Awaiting Changeover.
No further texts received.

Hi klynchk 👋
Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome back to our Forums.
Based on the notification you've received, the changeover will be occurring today, and I'm glad you're prepared for it. As it is an automated process, this can happen at any point in the course of today.
You may receive a further update when the change has been done, alternatively, please check your line throughout the day and once you hear a dial tone, you should be able to use your phone as normal.
Thanks,

I've been having calls from an overseas number as detailed in calls from "Virgin Media" on +44 800 183 6411
That's definitely a bogus call?

Hi klynchk,
Thanks for popping back.
I can confirm that the number on that thread is genuine and is used by our Sales/Marketing Teams. They would need to ask for some security details to be able to discuss things further.
Thanks,
