No notification of when messages have been left

We're sorry to hear of the voicemail service issue and that you don't get notified when a new message is left, could you please clarify if you can find and listen to the messages although this notification is missing?

Also, do you get any error messages displayed when this happens? 
Has this been working fine till this problem came up?

Hi Thanks for the response.

We can access the messages by phoning 1571 but don't know they are there unless we do this.

We don't get any error message.

Before we were moved over to the fibre system we used to get fast beeping tone to inform us that a message was there.

We have had this problem since we were moved over. As our old phone was not compatible with the fibre system we had to purchase a new phone. (BT2200 Digital Cordless Phone)

I'm sorry to see this has been on since you switched to landline via fibre, and that it's still ongoing after you've purchased a new compatible handset.
