Fibre Phone Adaptor

I have received Fibre Phone Adaptor. However my hub is in a different room to my land line so need a technician to help with an extension cable. I have been going around in circles trying to find out how to book a visit but have got nowhere.

I have now booked you the engineer appointment. To view this please sign into My Virgin Media here. Once you log in scroll down to Orders & appointments then click on View your orders. You can also view this in the My VM app.

 

Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is at the property for the time the engineer is there.
