Hi there, We have been sent the fibre phone adaptor but we have no telephone line near the TV, I can’t fit it and I believe it requires rewiring after reading other posts, the telephone was supposed to stop working yesterday, luckily it hasn’t. I’ve rang VM three times, first time I almost managed to make an appointment but the phone went dead !, second time I got through and went through everything and was told an engineer would come out, and I would get the appointment confirmation within four hours, I never got it and nobody has come out, the third time was last night, I was on hold 45 minutes and gave up miserably. That’s about four hours of my life wasted. This is my 85 year old mothers landline and I cannot get service. What am I supposed to do next, I am so frustrated , what do I do next, it’s going to be just as difficult to cancel as you cannot get through easily
