I have received a Fibre Phone Adapter. My phone and Hub are in 2 different locations. The Hub is not mobile as it is cabled within my sitting room. I do not want or need trailing cables though rooms in my house. I think the time has come to remove the phone from my package please!

I’m sorry to hear that you're wanting to remove the landline part of your package, we are unable to arrange any package changes over the forums. Please give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, 4 and 4 again, this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you.
