I have located you on our system and have been able to request a new adaptor be sent to you in the post.
This can take up to 5 days to reach you but will hopefully be with you sooner than 5 days.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your adapter. I've taken a look on our end and it does look like this has been sent, and you should be receiving it over the next few days.
