I received an email telling me that my virgin home phone is being switched to fiberphone and connected to the broadband router. This sounded great until I learned that you will still charge me line rental for the PSTN line.
How can you justify charging line rental for a line that is being ceased?

Hey @Cjbrooks1, thanks for reaching out to us and a warm welcome to the Virgin Media forums.

We appreciate you reaching out to us for this on here.
The line rental is still chargeable as we are still providing a landline service and it is the service that is being charged for on the landline services.
Hope this clarifies.

Kind regards,
Ilyas.
