I desperately need help to restore my landline service. I have tried phoning on my mobile to 03454541111 and waited for at least half an hour to speak to an advisor but WITHOUT SUCCESS.

I'm sorry to see you are still having issues with your landline service. I can see you have been speaking to Ash regarding having the adapter connected. This video has instructions as to how to plug in the adapter.
