Faulty phone line

Still waiting for Virgin to fix my phone line and now 19 days. Engineer appointment yesterday, ended in a no show and no communication from them. Since reporting on 25th April it has been nothing but hassle dealing with Virgin on this matter. Rubbish service all round!
