When i ring 1475 the phone makes a constant bussing sound, then someone says please replace phone and try again.

Before i had problems with the phoneline the 1471 service worked.

Last time it was used i belive was Friday 04/03, today an engineer fixed that problem, but now 1471 says this service is not avaliable on this line.
