I am sorry your engineer left no details beyond the point of telling me that he had been intouch with bt.

May i ask is there any news, it is now getting to be 5 days now without a landline phone.

What is the best way to get a refund for this loss of use?

Sorry I am waiting on an upodate 

Once its fixed ai can look at a refund for you

Can you make calls but just not receive them

Sorry but since your engineer checked the bt exchange on Friday 04.

I have nothing, no outgoing calls, no incomeing calls, no bell.

I have rebooked a more senior engineer to attend 

This is tomorrow morning between 8am and 12
