Is anyone else having problems with being cut off by Virgin? Called, resulted in tests on phone line needing to be run. Told to ring back after 10 mins and cut off. Rang back, got to bit where asked to confirm engineer date and time, automated system said there was a problem and I got cut off! Repeatedly tried ringing back, 150 from mobile (can't use home phone!) and immediately cut off each time. Terrible service.
