Fault with phone line

I have had a problem with my phone line since Thursday, it will ring in but wont connect when I answer and I have no dialing tone at all!! I am suppose to be keeping in touch with a group of vulnerable ladies over this difficult time. I have rang the customer service line on a mobile (expensive!) hung on for 30 mins to just be disconnected.

Very frustrating at this difficult time !!

Are able to try another phone in the socket?

I have 2 phones, both are the same & I brought one from work to try - tried getting through to customer service Sunday & this am.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

Sorry about the issues you're having with the landline, this ins't good.

We can have a look at booking a tech visit as long as nobody in the house is self isolating due to having symptoms.
