My landline has stopped working - can't call in or out. How do I contact Virgin Media to report a fault when I don't have a phone. Self help and chat bots just go round in circles but surely there must be a way to report a faulty phone without a phone. Can somebody point me in the right direction

A warm welcome and tanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear that you're currently without a working landline.
Can we ask if you have recently received any emails or letters regarding your home phone switch over? you should have also received a home phone adaptor too. Remotely checking the systems from our end, it seems this your landline has been switched over to the new 21CV system.
Have you tried placing your landline in the back of your router in port TEL1?
Please can you do this first, if your still experiencing issues, please come back to us.
