Reported fault as callers get an engaged tone every time - I have been home and NOT on the phone as it does not ring. As I am nearly 80 and recently widowed my family and friends are worried they cannot reach me - they don’t think of my mobile as they assume I am engaged in a landline call. As I feel very vulnerable as was told when I called you & reported that it would be treated as a Priority. Othing heard of course u;til I get an email thanking me for Sking fir an upgrated home phone service.ALL I WANT IS ONE THAT IS WORKING IS THAT CLEAR ENOUGH FOR YOU. Thanks, Margaret Cullen
