Fault on phone line for 4 days. Phone keeps cutting off during incoming and outgoing calls. Sometimes unable to even make a call. I am a full time carer for my husband and I need access to a phone. I have tried ringing the 150 number but get cut off after 45 minutes. If I call the other number a message states that I am on the line and to hang up!!!
please resolve this issue ASAP. We are vulnerable people without access to a phone and I am unable to speak to a 'person'
