Fathers landline not working

  • Can anyone please tell me how I can speak to a human being at Virgin. My 85 year old dads home phone has not been working since Saturday and he does not use a mobile so this is his only contact for emergencies and so far I have had not been able to get further than speaking to a bot or going round in circles on 150. This is not good customer service.

Really sorry to hear your father's been experiencing issues with his landline service that you've not been able to resolve on the call. 

I can certainly look into this further for you. If I need to discuss the account in full with you - we'll need to pass account security to do this.
