Been with virgin around 2 months, never had my home phone working. Phoned customer services over a week ago, spent ages waiting for call to be answered and then on the phone telling them what the problem was. Put through to someone who was supposed to know more and only told that they would sort problem and call me back. Still waiting for the call,tried calling them last night gave up after waiting 30 mins tried again this morning and was cut off after an hour. How on earth do you get to speak to someone.
