Your post indicates you are about to undergo our homephone switchover where your service is moved to 21st Century Voice / Voice over IP (VOIP). This is where your phoneline runs over your broadband connection, and the landline is connected via your Hub. If you want more information about switchover you can find it here. If you want your phone to be located elsewhere to your hub we would need to raise a technicians appointment for you to help complete the switchover.
