For the last 2 months, the phone landline in my area has been down more than it has been up. I have lost count of how many calls I have made to complain. I am concerned that elderly neighbours, who have no mobiles, are being put at risk. It is totally unacceptable that this ongoing fault cannot be rectified.
I understand @260543 - The team have investigated this and deemed opening the work order necessary so this can be investigated by our second line team as no area outage is flagged to myself so our second line team will take a deeper look into this.
