We have just noticed that the outside junction box cover is missing and the cables are exposed. Can we get this replaced?

Have tried not sure how to attach them.

When replying please look for the camera icon which says attach photos and attach the relevant images.
Please let me know how you get on.
I know but it does not attach them when I select them ! The photos are there but it won't attach.
