Extending my contract

Hi

I am switching broadband from Virgin Media to another supplier. I’ve cancelled my Virgin contract but the other supplier can’t deliver a line until a date after my broadband finishes with Virgin. I’d like to be able to extend my current cancelled Virgin contract to cover that period and wanted to check that I can do so.

you will have to cancel your cancelation and then cancel again when you are ready.

test to try and call in to get this sorted

I rang them and they have extended my contract for another week.
