Like Lizziepuff on 13-10-2020 I am having trouble getting through on 151 to extend ring time before voicemail kicks in.
I see from the answer by Lee-R that a link can be sent via private message.
I understand from Virgin web site that the current default is 10 rings, this would be fine for me.
I assume that it will be free of charge to change.
