Extending Disconnection period - broadband/phone

I need to extend my disconnection date of telephone and Broadband (as Sky/BT engineer cant come out until Jan 7th) and my contract and Virgin services due to end 23rd Dec, How do I do this when I cant seem to get through on the phone?

have you given your notice? If not you will carry on with a 30 day rolling contract and will need to give 30 days notice to cancel.

if you have already given your notice you will need to call in and change it. Best to call early morning

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. @Anonymous, is correct, if you have already put in a notice to cancel/disconnect this would be need to be done by phone or webchat
